This is what it’s all about: FAMILY!!!! We cannot thank everyone enough for coming out to Power Output to show their LOVE & SUPPORT for all of our Bedlam athletes!! Means the world to all of us!! Hearing everyone scream & shout all day long was seriously A.W.E.S.O.M.E!! Our athletes did amazing!! We had 3 podium finishes!! (Congrats Ben, Paul & JA!!) But winning isn’t what it’s about. It’s about going out there and doing your best & most of all having FUN!! That is why we all love CrossFit so much!! Thank you again Bedlam FAMILY!! Lots of LOVE to all of you!! See you this week!!
