  • Work on a your weakness or choose a skill and spend some time on it

A1) 5 tough PP, rest :30, 4 sets

A2) 6-8 PU, rest 1:00, 4 sets

 

B1) 20 sec AMRAP push ups, rest :30, 4 sets

B2) 8-10 Ring Row @ 20×2 tempo, rest 1:00, 4 sets

 

For Time:

800m run

40 WB (25/16)

30 T2B

20 Burpees

10 HSPU

 

  • ROMWOD @ last 15-20 minutes of class if time allows
