BS (sets x3) 5’s + Pchain + core

A) Back Squat, Work to a tough set of 5

B) Back Squat, 5,5,5, @90% of A  2-3mins

C) EMOM 10″ 2 TnG snatch  (heavier than last week)

D) GH raises 4×8   90secs (if you are capable, start slowing down a bit with a tempo)

E) L Sit on rings, 10-15 secs per min x 10mins
