1 Power Snatch w/ 3 sec Pause @ Knee, 1-5 @ 80%, 6-10 @ 85%

B) 10 EMOM

PC + PJ + HPC + SJ @ 75% of PC

C1) Front Rack Box Step Ups, 10/Leg, Moderate, 3 Sets, 1 Min Rest

C2) Pistol Squats, 3-5/Leg, Perfect Form, 3 Sets, 1 Min Rest

D) Team WOD, If not in House, Find a couple friends make up a workout and have some fun
