Clean w/ 3 Sec Pause in Bottom + Split Jerk, 75%

C)  3 Snatch Pulls @ 105%, 5 Sets, 2 Min Rest – drop and reset b/t reps

D)  Single Leg Swiss Ball Curls, 8-10 Reps/Leg, 4 Sets, 1-2 Min Rest

E) Team WOD – OnSite
