Bedlam Superhero Training
Our focus here at Bedlam is to build upon the idea of FUN and incorporate that into fitness for our kids. Unlike the preschool age group where FUN is predominantly the goal our kids group are introduced to the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements that help prepare oneself for sport and for life. Through a functional, safe, and challenging program we aim to help develop the ten general physical skills (agility, power, coordination, power, balance, accuracy, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, and speed) for children K-6. Although the demands of the class may be challenging for most the main focus remains on FUN through the use of play and games.
Classes run regularly every Tuesday (9:00am) , Thursday (9:00am) , and Saturday (9:00am) which are subject to change depending on class need and availability.
Workouts will be posted daily so you could keep track of what your child is doing and follow along.
