Odd – 6-8 Strict Weighted Pull-Up

B)   20 EMOM

1st 10 Minutes

3 PC (165/105) + 3 Burpees + 3 Box Jump Overs (24/20) – All in the Same minute

2nd Ten Minutes

2 Ring Muscle-Up + 30 DU – All in the Same minute

C)  10 Sets of TABATA – 20 Sec On/10 Sec rest

Alternate Stir the Pot and Anti-Rotational Plank
